Here's a video to watch were a motorist identified as Robert Blair Carabuena manhandling an MMDA enforcer named Saturnino Fabros. Watch the video below, courtesy of TV5's T3.

Carabuena, a resourcing supervisor at Philip Morris International, was seen in this video below shouting, attacking and even slapping Fabros on the face while in a traffic at Capitol Hills Drive corner Tandang Sora in Quezon City.
