Ruffa Gutierez the 'Retoke Girl'

1993 Miss World 2nd runner up Ruffa Gutierrez underwent a body procedure under the controversial cosmetic surgeon Dr. Vicky Belo.


The procedure was a bodytite procedure, it is supposed to tighten Ruffa’s sogging abdomen.

“My gosh, I’m gonna be a retoke girl na. Alam mo, they’re just making it kasi a word na masama. With me naman I’m not doing it because you know, wala lang akong magawa sa buhay ko. It’s more because I’ve given birth already. I do have loose skin on my tummy and I think it’s just normal na all of us want to look good especially for me na I’m an actress, I’m in the industry and if it’s gonna give me more self-confidence, why not?” Ruffa said
