Osmena, Lapid, and Guingona Completes 2010 Senatorial Race

Sergio Osmena, Lito Lapid, and TG Guingona placed 10th, 11th, 12th respectively in the poll body’s partial, unofficial count drawn from 118 out of 274 Certificates of Canvass.

Reelectionist Lito Lapid and neophyte TG Guingona were present during the formal proclamation. Sergio Osmena was absent during the event.
