‘Noy' is RP’s Entry to the 83rd Annual Academy Awards

The docu-drama film "Noy" has been chosen as the Philippine entry for the Best Foreign Language Film category of the 83rd Annual Academy Awards.


Starring in the film are Coco Martin, Cherry Pie Picache, Erich Gonzalez, Joem Bascon, Vice Ganda and Baron Geisler.

The story was conceptualized by Coco Martin, Francis Xavier Pasion, and Rondel Lindayag. It was co-directed by Coco Martin who served as the documentary unit director.

Charice Pempengco‘s first performance on Glee's 2nd season is singing Lady Gaga and Beyonce‘s “Telephone” with Lea Michele. Charice is a Filipino foreign exchange student named Sunshine and Lea is Rachel. The scene happened inside the girls’ CR. Rachel (Lea Michele) approached Sunshine (Charice) to encourage her to join the glee club. However, when she heard Sunshine sing “Telephone,” Rachel immediately recognized her as competition. Robin Padilla - Mariel Rodriguez Wedding Photo in Baguio

As reported by ABS-CBN News, the wedding happened last Monday, September 13, 2010, in Baguio City, as confirmed by an Ibaloi priest who initiated the wedding ceremony. Mariel wore a woven ethnic attire and Robin wore a’ bahag” during the wedding ceremony.



And the report said that Robin wanted to prove to Mariel that he's really an Igorot, so he married her in an Igorot way.

After the Igorot wedding, Robin then married Mariel the same day in another ceremony, this time by a pastor.
