Nonito Donaire Ranks 3rd in World's Best 'Pond for Pound Boxer'

The Filipino Flash Nonito Donaire became no. 3 of Ring Magazine’s Pound for Pound top 10 list after his victory against Mexican Fernando Montiel last Sunday. He is the 2nd Filipino and 3rd Asian to become a three-division world champion, a fighter who won world titles in three different weight divisions.


Last Sunday, February 19, Nonito Donaire knocked out Fernando Montiel in the second round to take the World Boxing Council (WBC) and World Boxing Organization (WBO) Bantamweight World Titles.
