Part of Shangri-la Plaza Mall in EDSA-Shaw Blvd was caught on fire and reportedly reached 3rd alarm. Photo Above shows Firefighters and trucks approaches the plaza mall.
Initial reports say that the fire started at the basement of Shangri-la Plaza Mall and went up the 3rd level.
